| In accordance to the Houston Code of Ordinances Section 46-88 and Houston Ordinance 82-304, all of our drivers have a valid State of Texas Driver's License, are 18 years of age or older, have provided two character references attesting to the driver's good moral character, provided a medical examination, have proven no criminal convictions or time spent in jail during seven years preceeding their application, have provided a list of any traffic violations 24 months preceeding their application, have submitted their fingerprints to the Texas Department of Public Safety and the F.B.I., have shown proof of right to work in the United States with Social Security Number, and all are able to read and write English. Our drivers have also signed a "Statement of Confidentiality" which guarantees any subject our clients discuss to be kept confidential. |
